Chumprock. I play a lot of games. I listen to a lot of diverse music, but I mostly post jammy stuff like Phish, Grateful Dead, and Aqueous.
I also sometimes make really stupid videos that I think are funny but nobody else does.

It's not pretty, and I even got stuck in a window because I was panicking, but a win is a win.

Rick And Jerry - The Secret of the Talking Cat
When the camera zooms in on Trey during the jam it reminds me of Marty McFly in Back to the Future, except the rest of the band and the crowd sound like they're on the same page.
That red headed mushroom can really jam I tell ya..someday I imagine he and this band will go far..
wow niceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Just like me in a Business Management class
Trey’s hair was the GOAT that night
Oh my! I love this groove, Dupree and Gale together, the whole band, it's infectious.
Leigh Fordham sold them out.
great
The great Steven Gadd is still great but I'd rather hear a bass solo to most 🥁 drum solo's and i don't even like bass solo.
10:43
Interesting the bass line is much more reggae in the intro
Absolutely epic
Best ever
Preserve this please everyone. Pass along to your group text(s). Theyll thank you tomorrow

Absolute scorcher. Fall '96 is criminally underrated
Phish noise sucks!! The nosie is so bad people talk! Chompers was never a term used when referring to deadheads!! 😂
What would be cool is if Steve and the bass player did a fill in together
Gadd brilliant as always
All these musicians are masters! From cornells rhythm to erics rhythm and lead after... perfection.
Amazing these guys have their instruments in sync too cool.
Cornell Dupree is the man - his most excellent work appears on Donny Hathaway's live album.
One of the longest sustained notes I can remember off the top of my head was from the 11-16-96 Harry Hood (Phish). It was roughly 4 minutes.
Best Silly Love Songs Mix ever, great song inspired by John Lennon who said Paul McCartney just writes silly love songs.......brilliant.
I was at this show- was pretty incredible. White Album middle set. Fishman naked on stage during Revolution No. 9
We thought he’d get arrested a La Jim Morrison.
You know Trey played Pippi longstocking as a kid as a child actor
tres bon , merci...
Aproooved mate, totally approved
Boogie On Reggae Woman. Damn, Stevie Wonder's tunes are perfectly suitable to Jazz interpretation. No surprise there. They are Jazz.
The hero of my youth.
A perfect edit for a perfect song
will never get over that mini god riff at 14:15
I remember you couldn't sit down in the balcony. All people dancing had it bouncing so much you actually could sit down. Awesome first full show !!
The balcony was rocking so hard during Lizards I thought the whole damn thing was going to collapse.
How do they know what motorcycles sound like?
Working vehicles aren’t new to fallout. The highwayman from fallout 2, the mentioned NCR apcs, Vertibirds, the pyrdwin
This was the GOAT Divided Sky ! Still gets me, deep down in my plums.
Bwahahaha! Lol!
Let the boy watch.
How about the donkey?
What a great presentation!!!!!! Nice!!!!
JERRY'S PRETTY. GUITAR Is killer .
cant believe walter white killed all of the gus clones
Stuff were a very good concert draw in the seventies. They filled audiences in Montreux, Germany and Japan, which shows how diverse they were. And I think Gordon Edwards is a great, but considerably forgotten bassist. Here he is playing a Fender Precision Bass through an Ampeg SVT amp.
Stuff is the greatest instrument band nobody has ever heard of much! They were all master musicians with many other bands they played with... but stuff was something special... funny u say gordan is great when he put this band together.
Maybe stuff was the best band Mr Gadd had
Giants! Arrepia!!!
It's baaaaaaaaack
Coisa mais linda 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Holy crap...amazing...the sun burst through a beat-up shade...
I was there as the Penn State Student responsible for getting them booked for the beginning of school bbq.
Any chance you could elaborate more? Sounds like no one was there for Phish besides Becky.
@@chumprock I was entering my sophomore year at Mt Alto. I had worked doing A/V stuff during my freshman year and recommended they bring Phish to play for the opening bbq in August. I had (still have) a copy of the demo tape that I played to get them the gig. My sister Rebecca (Becky) had been roommates with Mike Gordon in Burlington a few years earlier. The first band opened up but the lead guitarist wasn’t there due to a family emergency. To say that they sucked would be an understatement. Everyone finished their bbq lunches during the first band and headed back to the dorms. Phish came on and tried to get people up at the dorms to engage and come back down. In the end it was about 8 people watching Phish. My sister Becky, my mom, myself and a few that had come from Pitt and State College. It was probably the lowest attendance paid gig they ever had.
@@bgkk75s Thanks for the story! I had this show as an unlabeled cassette for years and only figured out it was the Mont Alto show back in 2014 and then uploaded it here when I found a (kind of) better source. Pretty cool to finally get some background with what seemed like an awkward set for the band.
@@bgkk75s Also, any chance you know who might have taped this show?
